Learn about No on Prop 23!
Find out How to Take Action!
We’ve worked hard to make California a leader in protecting the environment and growing the economy through green technology.
The Prop 23 Threat The California Global Warming Solutions Act (AB32) is a landmark law to combat climate change. Now, Prop 23 on the November ballot threatens to reverse the progress we’ve made.
The Prop 23 campaign is funded by Texas oil companies who want us to keep using polluting fossil fuels rather than transition to a sustainable, clean energy economy.
Climate protection helps the economy. A recent UC study shows that Caliornia’s successful efforts to become cleaner and more efficient have created 1.5 million jobs with a payroll over over $45 billion. AB32 will encourage even more investment in energy-related research, innovation, and development.
Fight oil industry lies.
The oil industry backed Prop 23 campaign is spreading deceptive messages in TV ads and robocalls. We can defeat them if we get the truth out to voters - but time is short. People start voting by mail as soon as October 5, and half of California voters vote by mail.
